  • By using a chair and blocks as a props for balance, this session provides standing poses to strengthen the legs, open the hips, relax the shoulders, and lengthen the torso.
  • This session provides poses and stretches using the floor and blocks as support to open the hips, strengthen the upper body, and lengthen the mid-region where we all like to look good.
  • This session provides a great flow for opening the hips and relaxing the shoulders while opening the chest. Remember to keep the breath going!
  • The focus is on opening the hips and pelvic region while lengthening and strenghtening the muscles in the legs. Enjoy the benefits of tonight and flexibility.
  • The focus is on the mid-region of our bodies. Strengthen the back and abdominal regions (the core or chi of the body). Enjoy the benefits of better posture, slimmer mid-section and less tension in the neck and back. Great for those who do not like doing those crunches over and over again! Relax and strengthen.

Bonus Practices:

  • An extra practice that flows beautifully to help open the hips and mid-section
  • Take advantage of this session with all five workouts during those "high" energy times.
